  4. Productivity data-driven analysis with hard data/stats
  5. Market analysis with data-driven hard data/stats
  6. Compare research data to current location data – identify areas of interest
  7. Use differences in data to recognize weak job, productivity and/or market performance
    Explain and teach information results objectively to all levels, union to management, and build support for areas of needed change (based on hard data charts, graphs)
